Then explain what is happening and how they are helping someone who needs it in their communities or surrounding communities.

For example, in honor of Mother’s Day (don’t forget to hug your mamas), I found this article about 4 moms who, in addition to caring for their own kids, are helping others!

Feel free to comment on this article and relate it to either To Kill A Mocking bird or In the Time of the Butterflies, or post your own article to get your extra credit! No one has 100% so you could ALL use the extra grade boast! Let me know if you have any questions!!!!

About jvpilar

Here's a little info about your teacher. I worked really hard to become your teacher. I went to UIC to get a degree in English, but decided to work as a writer in California. While I was there I realized I would rather work with kids than work in an office all day, so I decided to come back to Chicago and become a licensed, fully certified teacher. I earned a Masters Degree in Teaching and Education from Dominican University and got my first job at Hancock. During my 4 years at Hancock, I have taught English at every grade level. I started the Culinary Club and also sponsor BuildOn, both clubs do community service projects all over the city. I also have a cat named Duke that I rescued during one of our BuildOn service learning projects and a dog named Duchess.

http://dailycaller.com/2015/04/28/gay-marriage-case-brings-protesters-to-the-supreme-court/ I believe this shows people doing the right thing. They are protesting for things they find fair and are supporting others as well. This is helping people in there community have the right to marry whoever they want . This shows equality and everyone should deserve to have it .
